Created in collaboration with Californian surf-inspired brand Western Hydrodynamic Research, the Mawj Shirt speaks to the generations-long relationship between Palestinians and the sea.
Each garments is made in a smooth cotton jersey produced in Türkiye. Palestinian motifs adorn the chest and sleeve, hand-embroidered on Palestinian land using Tatreez (تطريز) embroidery, a traditional technique typically performed by women.
