The NB Jacket strips away much of the workwear detailing you see in the classic Bedford Jacket, leaning to the more formal end of the Engineered Garments range. With a more tailored cut, it’s able to slip into more dressy settings. None of that signature EG functionality is lost though – four patch pockets allow you to carry more than your fair share of goodies.
Where the Bedford is your everyday knock-about the NB Jacket is more suited to those occasions that call for you to ditch the sneakers for something your nan calls “lace-ups”. That’s not a scientific term, but you get what we’re on about. This one is cut from a hard-wearing and interesting-looking poly/cotton twill with an iridescent finish.
