The 'Method of Make' series takes legendary silhouettes, reworking them with contemporary fashion and luxury material and construction details.
The Air Jordan 1 MM deconstructs and re-constructs the iconic silhouette to give it a new lease on life. The uppers sport a combination of denim base and pebbled leather overlays including a pearlescent sheen adding an edge not normally seen on the AJ1.
The panels are cut with a generous allowance outside of the stitch lines, creating exaggerated overlays that give the shoe out-sized proportions. At a deeper level, the toebox is unlined which slims the silhouette and gives the shoe a more refined look on-foot.
