A bigger backpack from the Arc'teryx Mantis range, clocking-in at a capacious 26L this definitely isn't hitting those 'everything but the kitchen sink' backpacker levels but you'll have plenty of space for anything worth taking on a day trip.
All that space means you'll end up with a bit of weight, but that's all good because the Arc' team specced a good amount of support internally to keep things in-place when it gets a bit hot and heavy.
