Debuting in 1993,they introduced one of the most impactful advances in cushioning to NB to-date: ABZORB. The foam/rubber composition offered superior cushioning compared with anything on the market, making the 998 one of the most comfortable shoes money could buy.

Released with a quartet of similarly coloured 99x series models, the 998GB uses a soft grey suede sat atop a smooth vintage mesh that's accented with neutral black and creamy white.
