adidas revisits an iconic running silhouette from the 1980's, reborn for decidedly more casual explorations as it reaches middle-age.
Originally released as a shoe with GORE-TEX for year-round performance, the New York eventually got GORE-free versions which performed better in warm temperatures.
This pair shed the waterproof features—you wouldn't want to take all that white suede out in the rain anyway. The mesh base and hairy suede overlays pay great homage to the OGs, albeit in this tonal colour palette.
