An updated version of a 1950's holiday shirt, executed with retro flair and contemporary finesse in a way which only Nicholas Daley pull off.
The body is a silky finished cotton, cut with panels made from cotton gauze embroidered with a repeating geometric pattern. The panelled construction hides the welted pockets on each side of the chest and the drop-in hand pockets at the waist. Only the deftly piped seams in contrasting white give you the impression anything is there, which also highlights the placket and along the outer border of the spread collar.
