Nike continues to make old heads happy with their deep digging through the Dunk's illustrious history. Before there was Cactus Jack and Supreme, there was the era of CO.JP releases—exclusively available in Japan. Through the very late '90s the Dunk's legacy was being built thanks to Nike's Japanese design team and their dedicated fanbase.
The famed CO.JP releases were simple in their execution in ways that under-sell the cultural impact this campaign had. One of the early versions, released in 1999 for the Japanese market was this 'Reverse Curry' colourway. The recipe was pretty straight-forward, with two colours of leather and not much more. Some 25 years since their release though, the Dunk has never been the same.
