Tønsberg is the oldest town in Norway—founded by vikings in the 9th century. With a name which represents longevity and history, this jacket from Norse signals its intentions clearly. Based on a vintage Type B-6 flight jacket, it's a substantial piece in every way, constructed from materials which will stand the test of time.
The body is a unique leather produced by Italian mill ECCO which fuses their innovative DriTan™ leather to a Dyneema® bonded backing. The extreme tear and abrasion resistant properties of Dyneema® allow the leather face to be ultra-thin, allowing for a lightweight durable leather experience which retains an incredibly supple feeling. The lambswool shearling lining allows for a soft, warm layer of insulation which is hard to replicate with man-made materials.
