What's for certain is the wild crackled riverbed effect of those uppers, which feels refreshingly retro and reminiscent of the 'golden era' of sneaker fanboyism. The rest of the shoe's pretty standard in comparison, with smooth leather and a touch of suede playing second-fiddle to that unique textured panelling.
